How to use

Take 5 ml and use for 2-3 minutes 

Use daily 2-3 times in the morning and evening 

If you have sore throat, gargle in the back of the throat (the hydrosol is safe to drink) 

After gargling, please not to gargle again with water.

Storage: At room temperature
