Bio LAK would like to share one more nutritious porridge that is healthy for both adult and children. It is sweet potatoes and millet porridge.
I used to eat millet with rice paper bought from a vendor. When I know more about the benefit of different seeds including millet, I question myself how can I skip such a good food.
???? Millet is called the “nut of eternal life” in Vietnam. It contains important nutritions such as omega 3, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, folate, protein, calcium, zinc, manganese, copper. It helps to prevent gallstones, diabetics, diarrhea and good for digestion and stomach.
I believe that food is a medicine. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Choosing the right type of food is a good choice to prevent diseases and maintain good health.
Sweet potatoes and millet porridge helps you to have a healthier skin, anti-aging and good for diabetic, diarrhea and rheumatism.

Ingredients
Sweet potatoes: 300 grams
Millet: 30 grams (2 full tablespoons)
Bio LAK cocoa butter: 2 cubes

Preparation
Wash the sweet potatoes, peel off the skin, and cut them into thin slices
Soak the millets in water for about 20 minutes

Instructions
Put the sweet potatoes and millets in a pot. Add about 600ml of water (adjust the amount based how thick or thin you want the porridge to be).
Cook porridge for 30 minutes until the potatoes is well-cooked. Then add 2 cubes of Bio LAK cocoa butter. Mix them in and you’re done.
